#CoworkationersOnTour @ the Landwork Event 2025

By September 9, 2025Post

At COWORKATIONERS we value our partners. And when you get the opportunity to visit a location of one partner (CoWorkLand) – https://coworkland.de/de – to showcase the amazing work another partner (Connected Hubs) – https://connectedhubs.ie/ – is doing, you know why you love your job.

“Landwork Landkreis Leipzig”, a CoWorkLand-member with four spaces in the region,  invited me to their Landwork.Event 2025 – Innovative Coworking in Rural Areas – to talk about the Connected Hubs and what Coworking looks like in Rural Ireland. I felt honoured to be among an amazing group of speakers, and the following is a look back by the organizers:

“On August 28, 2025, we organized the Landwork.Event on behalf of the district of Leipzig – a day on which everything revolved around the opportunities and perspectives of coworking in rural areas. Together with experts and practitioners from different regions, we gained inspiring insights:

The day made it clear how important it is to have an honest exchange about experiences, opportunities and limits of coworking – and what good approaches there are to strengthen regional networks and plan concrete next steps. The hybrid format was particularly valuable, as it enabled not only regional networking but also international participation.

Above all, we take one thing with us: It is less about ready-made models and more about reflecting on ideas together, learning from each other and finding ways for rural regions to develop their own tailor-made solutions.

A big thank you to all speakers, participants and of course the district of Leipzig for their trust in our organization!”

No – this is me again – once again I’d like to thank the organizers of Landwork.Event 2025 for the invitation. I will be back in 2026, but just to listen, not to talk.
